I'm a recently registered Mint user , and I'm a citibank customer. My latest transaction data is from 4/10. Mint says I'm getting updated transaction data but nothing happens. Might there be a bug in my account? If I go to citibank online I see everything just fine. Would be awesome to get updated - I just spent a lot of time correcting the labels and categories on all my stuff so this is a big disappointment ... ! Help! Any ideas?

I am pretty sure Citibank changed the way csv download works.

I am guessing mint.com is using a web client to log into citi online and then download the csv file.

When I do this myself, picking the option to download from "all available accounts", the website actually sends me thru a flow where each account csv is downloaded one at a time. I get a page, click download, then I'm presented another page, click download again, then again, then again.

I'm guessing Mint.com doesn't expect this and only downloads the first .csv file, and then stops.

Please fix this! This is a total dealbreaker for me and mint.com. Without this feature working, I can't use mint.com with my citibank accounts, so that will be it. Please fix it !
