Transfer transactions not showing up

Hello,
My credit union automatically withdraws my mortgage payment from my savings account each month. This shows up on my credit union's web site as a "transfer to mortgage account" transaction. However, mint is not picking up this transfer/withdrawal from savings.

I have hit refresh, and mint still does not pick up the transaction.

Mint is picking up transactions older than the last transfer to my mortgage account, so it can't be the timing/date.

I can't add my mortgage account, so I have to rely upon seeing this transfer/withdrawal from savings to see my mortgage.

Thoughts?
