adding renasant bank

hello. i am having trouble adding renasant bank to my account. i have rechecked and rechecked the username and password and also all of the security questions. i have tried all different sorts of ways and still no success. still says wrong username and password. any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. i have been wanting to use mint.com for quite some time now but ive had no success. thanks in advance.

I am having the same problem. I have reset Renasant Bank's questions (which you have to have one of their customer service agents do for you) two times to make extra sure that I am using the same quetsions and the exact same answers on Mint.com, but it will still not let me add the account. Does this have something to do with image verification?

I am having the exact same issue.


Called and had the questions reset.
Logged into both Mint & Bank Directly at the same time - different tabs.
Re-registered my security questions with the bank - and copy/pasted them to the mint account form in the exact same order.
Still get the 'Wrong Username or Password' error when trying to add the account.


I've submitted a 'ticket' and will post any solutions if I find them.
I have been trying to add my Renasant Bank account (checking) to mint for over a year now. No dice, what gives?

I figured this out so I hope this info helps all of you Renasant Bank folks. Go to your Renasant account and enter your username but click the Forgot Password. Two, just 2, security questions will be asked. Open another browser or tab and go to the Mint registration page. Only answer the 2 questions that you are being asked on the Renasant page. Don't enter any info on the renasant page this just helps you answer the right questions on the Mint registration. I don't know if this matters but I tried to use the first two fields on the Mint page meaning I dropped down to the matching questions in the same order as they were on the Renasant page. Hope this helps someone :)
