I've tried things like Quicken, etc. before but I wasn't disciplined enough to
use them. It required much more manual work than Mint.com and seemed
cumbersome. With Mint I was up and running in 10 minutes and it helped me in a
couple ways. First, a charge on my credit card that shouldn't have been there
stood out - and I proceeded to dispute it with my provider. It was 45 days old
and I had missed it on my bill. Second, I eat out way too much - with Mint I
can see just how much that is affecting my budget.
Thanks again for such a great service! I hope it continues to remain free and
operational for a long time to come.
