Make sure you are choosing the 66 Federal Credit Union on our site if you're having issues adding the bank.

The options for State 66 Federal Credit Union are:
66 Federal Credit Union - Member View
66 Federal Credit Union - Credit Card

Note: The banking option (checking/savings) is currently not supported.

If you are being confronted with a security box asking you for questions and answers when adding a bank or credit card, below are some tips that might help you answer them.

1. Answer as many questions as you put on file when you registered with your bank.

2. The number of questions you need to answer may be less than the number of form fields displayed on the page.

3. If you've forgotten the questions you were asked when you created the account, you can try going to your bank's actual website to retrieve the answers (some banks offer this).

4. If no to #3 above, perhaps you can try calling your institution to get the answers to the questions presented.

Additional Notes:
Security Questions may be case-sensitive.

Entering the security questions in the same order as the drop down box provided may be beneficial.
Please contact us if problems continue at https://wwws.mint.com/contact.event with:

a) email address of the Mint Account
b) the product you're trying to add from above (checking, savings, credit card)
c) the specific error message you're receiving

When I follow the instructions provided, I am told Mint does not yet support 66 Federal Credit Union. The credit union did upgrade their website a couple months ago, so maybe this is the cause. What is the current timeline for fixing this?

I too would like to know this. I've been registered, and trying to use the website for quite some time now and completely unable to because of this issue. I need to know if it is time to give up and delete my account or if there is still hope.

Is this going to be fixed?

Is there any progress to report?

As far as I can tell there is no plan to reinstate 66 Federal Credit Union.

When I contacted Mint on this issue, I was told that they do not support multi-factor authentication.

Mint, if you are not going to support the site, please at least remove the name from the list of sites that you do support. Leaving them in there is terribly misleading.
