I'm having difficulty logging into my account via Mint. I get the message that the bank site is down for maintenance when in fact, it is not.
I believe the bank may have just switched to a new service provider for online banking but I'm new to online banking (only reason I signed up was to use Mint) so I can not confirm nor deny this.
Any help would be appreciated. I really want to use this service.
Thanks

Does the bank require anything else when you login from a different computer? Were the changes recent?

No. Nothing extra. Just my user name at one screen and my password at another.

It's working now. Thanks

I am a new Mint.com member and upon trying to add my HarborOne CU account I am presented with the Wrong Password or Username message. I am 100% that both are correct and have no problems logging in directly to my bank via:
https://global1.onlinebank.com/vtg/login.htm?banknr=149
However --- A new feature of their online banking includes asking a couple security questions when logging in from a different computer/location.
I like the concept here and would love to use Mint.com in the near future. Unfortunately I refuse to start using Mint.com until my primary bank accounts are accessible...

Once the proper information has been submitted what is the approximate turn-around on a resolution for this type of issue?
