My credit union - Michigan State University FCU - uses something called TrulyU to verify logins. It uses rotating questions for each user on the account. I can't use Mint to login at all. Has there been any luck from other Mint users and TrulyU?

I have the same problem. I've submitted a report about it before, but no results have come of it yet... just tried again today.

I'm not sure whether my bank (FirstTech) uses 'TrulyU', but it does some weird logic with the question forms and mint has problems with it - I don't know if mint was built to handle this kind of thing
