I have both an Expres Fashion and Victoria's Secret CC and when I tried adding them it asks for my username/pasword but also 5 security questions. The questions are from a drop down list of about 20 questions but I've never had to answer these questions on the store sites directly so Mint isn't letting me login.

HELP!

The questions aren't always *how many* need to be answered. Please see this link for tips (http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=2259).

Note: I do have a bug for this because I think the form fields might be switched (userid and password are showing at the bottom for Victoria's Secret, for example). Does it work if you try to answer the appropriate questions & then put the userid/password in?

For anyone who is having problems with Victoria's Secret or Express Fashion accounts:

Call Express or Victoria's Secret credit line and speak to an operator.

Tell them that you want to reset your account.

Simply re-register on the web-site. This will prompt you to answer the security questions. Remember them, write them down, in order so you can enter them on Mint.com.

No, Victoria doesn't make it easy. Neither does Express. This is the only way to find out what security questions you have entered. Even the phone operators don't have access to this. And it's not available on the web-site. It's ridiculous.

At any rate, that's the solution. Hope that helps.

Thanks very much to all, this information was very helpful.

My only hangup at this point is that I went through this process and am now facing having to do it again. I called, had my online account deleted, started a new registration and reselected my security questions. As per the recommendation of the customer service representative at Victoria's Secret on the phone, I selected five different questions but used the same answer for all of them. I was able to recreate my account, but when I came back to Mint, I found that one of the security questions from the VS website was not an option here. This causes a problem since all the security questions have to match on both sites.

Does anyone have a suggestion short of starting over and resetting the account again? I will be sending this to the support address for Mint as well.

Thanks!
Christine

... is that one of the security questions I answered on Victoria's Secret's website (what city were you born in?) is not an option on mint.

I know all of my questions and they are correct. I know my other login credentials and they are correct. It's not working. Help?!?!?!

I have an idea what the issue is. When I login to the site, it constantly attempts to make me accept receiving electronic instead of paper statements. I always tell it that I do not consent and not to remind me, but it never fails to ask me every single time that I log in. If Mint uses the same method of logging in, I could see it hanging on that question since it is not accounted for in the login details.

I am facing the same issue to add these two cards and they are both from same bank. My Express account is about 3 years old and I clearly remember that they didn't asked these 5 security questions at that time.
Is the only way to get it added is to get my accounts deleted and create new ones? Will that result in any loos of rewards/points?

I'm able to add the VS card initially, but when an update runs, there always seems to be a problem. I don't know if the login questions are the problem, or the website that mint.com is looking for.
When I do get the account added, it references victoriassecret.com as the website. But when I log into the credit card, I go to https://onlineaccess.mycreditcard.cc/victoriassecret, which is not the link recognized by mint.
Could this have something to do with it?

I am having the same issues as everyone above. It worked, but each additional time i login, it resets and shows that there is an error and the account needs my attention. Cannot fix. Also, i called VS credit card, and they say there is no way to reset your security questions because they do not have anyone in the tech department that will talk to a customer. There is no way to view these questions online either, so i cannot edit them myself (different from almost every account i have ever had with anyone).
