I used to be able to track my DOCFCU accounts here. (Savings, Money Market, and Checking). DOCFCU is the Department of Commerce Federal Credit Union.

Recently they added new security measures. You have to answer 3 security questions in addition to supplying your password. You can optionally "add security to this computer" which seems to set a cookie or something so that future logins from the same computer require only account number and password.

There seems to be no way, currently, from Mint.com to supply the three answers to the questions. I've tried to readd the account through mint, but it only prompts for account number and password.

I think if Mint could pass along the answers to three security questions, the login/add account process would proceed successfully.

Thank you for looking into it. Mint.com is a GREAT tool for getting a big picture look at finances! (And then zooming in on details too!!)

Yes, I loss mint access to DOCFCU bank account and the credit card account access too about the same time. Not sure if the changed security settings on both types. We need to be presented with the security questions in order to log in.

I just filed a bug so we can attempt to add the form questions.

Can we have an update on this? Any ETA for the fix?

Mint seems super useful and very cool if it can work smoothly, but more and more of my accounts are dropping out with problems. It's only good for seeing the big picture if it can incorporate all the accounts.

Hope these bugs can be worked out quickly!

I will post updates as soon as I am made aware of any changes.

Note: It looks like the forms may be on there now. Can you try again? I just checked the live site.

Bank accounts are now working again, presents the questions at login. The credit card account is not, despite being presented with the questions.

I don't have the credit card, but my MM, savings, and checking are all working with DOCFCU now. Thank you!

The recently integrated the credit card online updates in the banking website and now updates fail on mint and other financial software like Money.
