If you're having issues adding a Wells Fargo account, please make sure that you are choosing the right options on the site & that you're adding account types separately. The choices for Wells Fargo are:

Only Wells Fargo Financial Bank-issued Visa®, MasterCard®, and Cash on Demand® personal loan account are currently eligible for online access. All other Wells Fargo Financial accounts (personal loans, home equity loans/lines and retail store credit card accounts) are not yet eligible for online access.
