I have a North Carolina State Employees Credit Union Credit Card that will not load into Mint. I have a savings and checking account at this bank which both uploaded with no problem. I would like to be able to add this account to my Mint account. I also know a large number of people that bank with NCSECU who would love to use Mint. Please consider including this bank's credit card.

The credit card option isn't supported at this time, unfortunately (would show in the search results for NCSECU).

Why are NC SECU credit cards not supported at this time? The credit card account data are available both in HTML, albeit limited to the most recent transactions, and in CSV, just like all of the other accounts.

Good question. Would be great if they would pull that in to. Quicken Online does.

I also would like to express my intrest in having access to NCSECU credit card info in Mint. The service is great but somewhat crippled since it doesn't have my credit card info.

Here's their response:
Mint.com and other online services like Mint actually sign on to the financial institutions website and scrape the data from the web page. We do not supply the information for Mint like we do for Quicken and Microsoft Money direct connect services. You may want to contact Mint technical support to report that not all of your account information is being retrieved.

Greetings:

I've also had issue with displaying my credit union VISA card (DuPage Credit Union) and the problem occurs with other services as well, such as Wesabe. I believe it is how the information is obtained as mentioned by a previous post. This also has an impact on my car loans since they are issued through my credit union and are merely identified by a suffix attached to my account number; I don't believe that the coding used by Mint and others is able to differentiate the data files.

Does Mint have a solution in the works? Other than this minor glitch, I believe Mint is a sound service providing an aesthetically-pleasing interface that allows subscribers to grasp where their money is flowing. Kudos!
