If you're having issues adding an Orchards Bank, please make sure that you are choosing the Orchard Bank Credit Card option.
If you are seeing the form display fields for secret questions and answers, please check the tips below to help you answer them.
Security Tips:
1. Answer as many questions as you put on file when you registered with your bank.
2. The number of questions you need to answer may be less than the number of form fields displayed on the page.
3. If you've forgotten the questions you were asked when you created the account, you can try going to your bank's actual website to retrieve the answers (some banks offer this).
4. If no to #3 above, perhaps you can try calling your institution to get the answers to the questions presented.

Security Questions may be case-sensitive.
Entering the security questions in the same order as the drop down box provided may be beneficial.
