If you're having issues adding a SunTrust (Sun Trust) account, please make sure you're choosing the right options on the site. Please add different account types separately.
The options searching for SunTrust are:
SunTrust - Business Banking
SunTrust - Retirement Solutions
SunTrust Securities (investment)
SunTrust Bank
SunTrust Credit Cards
Special Note about Credit Cards:
Only customers that access via https://www.ibsnetaccess.com/NASApp/NetAccess/LoginDisplay (FIA Card Services) are supported at this time.
If you encounter a problem, please contact us at https://wwws.mint.com/contact.event with:
a) email address of your account
b) the bank account option from the list above that you are trying to add
c) the specific error message you are receiving
d) The branded name of the product
