Would use Mint.com Right away if my bank was on the list ;-)

Same goes for some others here locally

Has anybody had any luck adding their Idaho Central Credit Union accounts? It really is frustrating when you're missing some of your bank data. For me, it's a pretty large chunk.

I get the same general replies too. It's pretty frustrating when it seems like they don't even read your emails that you send. I think that the problem may be that Mint is trying to enter the credentials into iccu.com when they need to be entered in E-Branch. Just a thought...

I don't know if any of you have tried to email Idaho Central about this problems to see if they had any ideas about what could be the problem, but I got a response from them when I asked about it.

They said:

Thank you for your email. For security reasons, we won't allow your account information to download directly to Mint.com, as we don't know how secure their website is.

However, we do allow your account activity to download into Quicken or Microsoft Money. You may contact Mint.com to see if you can upload information from either Quicken or Microsoft Money to their website.

Doesn't look good unless we can manually upload transactions.

For anyone having problems with Mint and ICCU, don't sweat it - Quicken Online works and updates automatically
