Last week I noticed that your made a major update to the accounts page. Since doing that, I have had trouble with almost all of my accounts at some point. While the little boxes are prettier, they don't work right anymore.

I have had the "this is taking too long" several times, and it is frustrating. I don't want to "try again" by re-entering my information. I want to try again by having it try again with the same information, which has been accurate since I joined Mint.

Right now 3 (or half) of my financial institutions have that error. I am excited about your new investment account options, but don't forget about what makes (made) Mint great.

Is this message happening with accounts you had already added, or is it happening with new accounts you're trying to add.

Note: We are working on improving the messaging on the site. In many cases the messages are the result of a temporary issue with our provider and/or a recent change by your financial institution's site (this can mess things up for a small period of time).

There needs to be another option for "try again" without having to re-enter all the information. I've had to do this with at least 1 account per day lately.

Same here... affecting both my GM Card (see related post) and my checking account (National City). This has been going on for over a week now. Please get this mess sorted out-- having to re-enter information over and over becomes tiresome, especially after waiting five minutes on this "taking too long" message.

Addressing internally. We're still working on the error messaging to try and minimize the confusion.

I just wanted to advise that we're researching the having to re-enter credentials problem you mention. I will post an update if I hear of something...sorry about the current inconvenience.
