Problem adding BestBuy Rewards CC

When I try to add my husbands Best Buy card it says that the username/password are incorrect. However, when I follow the link that Mint gives me to verify that I can log into the credit card's site, I am able to log in successfully with the same exact username and password that Mint had previously rejected.

I guess I need to know if the login requirements for the card ask for additional information if you sign in from a different computer (not just username and password). I am trying to see if we have a form issue.

I don't think there are different requirements because I have signed on from my work PC and from my Mac at home and I am not asked for any additional info.

The same thing happens to me -
I tried resetting my password and closing out of everything.
It still doesn't work.

I am experiencing the same issue. There is no additional information required by Partner Services to be able to login to the site from other machines. It is strictly user name and password based.

I also contacted mint via the contact form with this same information.
