HI
Chase CreditCard creates duplicate accounts making my balance incorrect - I selected to hide the account and then save it which didn't work - I also tried to close the account which did not work either.
the duplicate account still shows up in the overview and creates duplicate debits for all transactions for my Chase CC
how can I hide or close this duplicate account for Chase CC

This bug is actually resolved now (should be). Can you try it again? The only outstanding issue is that it isn't allowing this to work for brokerage/investment accounts.

I just added a chase credit card account and I see two accounts, one labeled my name and another labeled credit card.
I am going to delete chase and try again....

I'm having the same problem as mentioned above with one of my Chase credit card accounts showing twice - as two accounts and doubling all my charges. I've tried to delete one of them but then it deleted both. How do I correct?

Deleting it will wipe out all history built up in Mint on the account. The only thing you can do is "hide from Mint". I wish there were a better option, but Mint has not given any fixes on that problem. I have it on my Citi accounts.
