I am having trouble downloading frmo HFCU. The page just stays on "Establishing secure connection" for a while and eventually fails. Can anyone confirm that there is a service outage either on mints side or HFCU and that this is not just me?

We did have some issues today (7th) & that is probably the primary cause of the problem.

Brad/Mint:

I have never been able to get the HFCU account to work on Mint since I joined several months ago. If there is any more information required to debug the issue - please ask. Also, Brad, if you're able to get it working - please let the forum know. I tested it today and HFCU is still not working.

I added HFCU about a week ago and it worked perfectly for like a day and then never again so something changed. Now it doesnt even get past 'Establishing secure connection'. I will also help in any way I can. This is my primary account and not having it would mean mint isnt really usefull for me so id love to have this fixed.

And you all are answering the appropriate secret questions and answers? Does the bank require anything else when you login from a different computer? Image verification, etc.

Note: At times, banks will make a change to their site & it can take time for our provider to catch up to the changes.

... it is possible that Mint had a small window of opportunity when HFCU was working. I don't check every day - so I may have missed the time when it was working.

HFCU has slightly changed the "look" recently, so it may be throwing mint off. I believe only the login (username/pw) has changed. Once logged in, everything looks the same.

I have answered all questions correctly and there is no image verification.

Any HFCU member who is reporting something is working does NOT have TrueFactor security enabled which are the security questions in addition to the account password.

I was able to get my HFCU account working today. Thanks, Mint. It took much too long to resolve this issue. However, I am pleased that I can now start using Mint.
