I am having a heck of a time adding my Union Bank of California account (http://www.uboc.com). It is listed, but when I click on the bank name it just goes back to the default screen and does not show the fields to enter my log in info. I tried the UBOC Credit Card option, which allows you to enter the log in info, but it does not work as I am trying to get to my banking info. It has been a few weeks, but no luck so far.

Any suggestions?

I've seen it stick with Internet Explorer 6/7. Have you tried Mozilla Firefox?

Did you have any luck and if so, what did you do to fix this problem? I'm having the same issues with this bank - and I do use Mozilla Firefox

I have been unable to sync with my union bank of california account for 3 weeks. I have tried everything including resetting passwords and security questions. Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem?

Like everyone else here, I'm having trouble registering my primary bank account. I've tried at least 8 times today and each time it tells me it's 'communicating with the bank' but when I click the 'I'm Done' button, nothing ever happens. The account never appears showing the authentication progress back (like all the other accounts did) and it still shows I have no bank accounts registered. I even called Union Bank and reset my security questions so that I would know exactly what they were and what order they were in - still no luck. Mint isn't going to be of much use if I can't get my primary bank account on it!

I can't seem to add the account successfully. It always tells me "Wrong username or password". I reset my security questions and entered them in the same order. Has anybody been able to add a UBOC checking / savings account recently?

I see all these posts were from May. Hopefully something has been resolved since then.

Holy crap. After wasting tons of time trying to figure this out, I finally got it to work by changing my UBOC password to something simpler. I'm not sure what it was, exactly. My old password had capitals, lowercase, and digits, and my new one is simpler. Now everything works.
