Hello,

I have successfully added all my checking/savings/credit card accounts, with the exception of Telesis Credit Union. I confirmed my log-in information with a Telesis rep., and the only thing they could indicate is that added security might be preventing the info. from exporting. It would seem to me that Telesis shouldn't be listed if you can't import the balance info. Can anyone assist me? Telesis is my main account.

Are you also answering the appropriate secret questions and answers? I do see them listed on the form on our site & adding username & pw only won't work.What kind of additional security does the bank have?
