I'd like to be able to completely delete a budget and create a new one from scratch.
I'd like to be able to add my own categories, like "Allowance" and "Spending Fund" and "Valentine's Day."
(These two suggestions will be popular among users who believe in creating a monthly zero-sum budget with categories that are as narrow and as specific as possible.)
I'd also like to be able to have items assigned to only a subcategory, rather than a category AND a subcategory. In other words, if I buy a shirt, I would like to be able to have it show up JUST under clothing, not under Shopping:Clothing.
