Can't add Jefferson Bank of Missouri

I have sent in several forms but am still unable to add my checking account from Jefferson Bank of Missouri. The website is www.jefferson-bank.com when I login to the banks website I have to enter my username then hit enter and then I am asked to choose my secret word (from a list) and enter my password. I have tried numerous times to enter this same information into Mint's add account screen but I always get the message telling me I have the wrong username/password.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I would really like to use Mint but that is my main checking account and I pay all of my bills through their online service so it would be pointless to use Mint without access to it.

Same deal here. Mint lists centralbank.net (Jefferson City) as supported bank - but can't access account because the mint login doesn't provide a secret word space at login. Mint's app is incredibly useful in theory but rather useless if I can't connect to my primary bank. Surely I'm missing something? Please help?
