I have a simmons first account that I can not add. I have logged into it with ease by going through their web site however I am not able to do it through MINT.
How do we go about getting these things resolved?

There has been some issues over the past few days with our provider (24th-29th). As this should be resolved over the next few days, please try it again.
Note: If your bank requires additional login information, such as security questions when logging in from a different computer, please do let us know (would have to file an incorrect form request).

Hmmm...the site has a fairly high failure rate for this bank. Does your bank require additional information when you login from a different computer? If so, what do they require? I am only asking because it looks like we're only asking for username and password, something that doesn't happen too frequently because of the security requirements in place for many banks.

That is it just User name and password. no security questions or anything.

The only process that I can see that would be different would be that you enter your User name on one page. And then you enter you password on another.

Nothing else? Image verification? Passphrase? Security questions?

Nothing. It is part of the Netteller site which I am also having problems with my City National Bank account through Mint as well.

I was able to get my simmons first credit card account added, but mint thinks it is a bank account not a credit card. Thus my debt is being considered an asset. any fix? or should i start a new thread?

And you added the account under the bank account option? There's two options on the site for Simmons (bank, credit card).
I am not seeing a complete failure rate for Simmons - so are folks sure that they don't require anything else when you login from a different computer? It is very unusual for a bank not to have some sort of security requirement in place these days (federal laws dictate that banks add security measures by some date).

Ok thanks. That was easy.

I had my Simmons credit card account working on Mint for a few months, and then several weeks ago it stopped working. I have tried everything and cannot seem to get it to work again. All Simmons website asks for is a username and then on the following page a password. It also has a photo that you pick to go along with your account, not sure if that could be the issue? Any help would be appreciated!

I sent an e-mail back in October regarding this problem with adding the Simmons Credit account.
My e-mail:
I'm unable to add a Simmons First - Credit Card account. I was successful in adding the checking and savings account from the same bank, Simmons First. But, each time I try to add/log in to the Credit Card, I get the "We’re having issues right now
Trying again a bit later should do the trick!"
The strangest thing is that the log in is exactly the same as the checking and savings. But, I've tried several times over the past week with no luck, so I thought I'd try and get some help.
Mint's response:
I can see here that you do not have any successful addition of this account. Can you please delete the account (go to 'Account's page, click on the "x" mark to remove the account) then re-add it again. Make sure to input same set of security questions, like what you have on your bank. (If applicable)
If the problem persists, just leave the account in question, do not remove the account so we can file a bug with our providers. Expect an email from Mint.com once the providers reported back about the status or any new information about the issue.
Well, I deleted, re-added, input the same info that's used for my Simmons First checking and savings account, left the account there and have waited. I did a search and this appears to be the only thread regarding this issue with Simmons Credit.
Any suggestions?
