Hello,

I just want to say since I first heard about mint i was psyched to use it, but I've had no luck. Maybe this is mostly a problem with td banknorth but I have tried on probably six or seven different occasions over the last three months trying to get this to work and never have.

Usually what happens is that it lags on the "establishing secure connection" or "Authenticating" when I try to add my bank account until it finally says unable to connect. Then a few retries later it tells me my password is expired and what actually happens is TD Banknorth suspends my online banking. I have to call up TD Banknorth and get it it reset. They don't seem to have any idea its being caused by Mint.

A few times I actually have successfully logged in, including one time today after which it loads up, but none of my transactions show up. So I go to update... and end up right back in the cycle I was describing above, which ended again today with my online banking being suspended.

I really want this to work, which is why I've resorted to the forums. If anyone else who has experience with TD Banknorth can provide some help, or if an admin can look into the TD Banknorth situation I would really appreciate it.

On a side note I'm not really sure why you need my birth date to join this forum. I mean i suppose i've already trusted you with access to all my financial information, but still the birth date seems excessive and uninviting for a potential forum member like myself.

Thanks,

Dan

I seem to have had the same problems. I am 100% sure of my online security login information yet get consistent failures that eventually lead to my online account being suspended. I really like what mint has to offer but will not serve its purpose if my checking account is not reflected. Please look into the relationship with TD Banknorth to correct this.

And you're answering the security questions for Td Banknorth? There also appears to be some crossover (http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=2223&highlight=banknorth) with some of the TD accounts.
