If you don't have the time to create the sort of software Wesabe has, acquire them. You need the ability for your customers to add accounts that aren't supported natively by your provider - the best way is Wesabe's way.

I personally wanted to compare the two, and I found Wesabe to be a royal pain in the ass to set up. Part of the problem of not adding account info through the actual website is you have to rely on scripts to cart you through each website's login, whereas mint does the backend for you. With all that work you might as well just use Quicken, for crying out loud.
I'm no web guru but I wouldn't call myself web-illiterate either - I had several problems loading my information through Wesabe, and I'm sure any website changes to any of the banks I added would cause a process breakdown, requiring another re-add. Wesabe gets a 4 out of 10 in convenience, whereas Mint gets 10 out of 10. I was set up in like 5 minutes.
Security-wise, if anyone hacked Wesabe all they would have to do is just have to change their hosted Firefox extension to re-direct information to a different site to hack and take off encryption. No, I would much rather have the burden of responsibility lie on Mint for protecting my information, who would have much stronger encryption than my computer.
I've not experienced any of the bugs others are talking about.
