I feel loans and mortgages as well as money lended to friends etc too would make mint.com a valuable and precise budgenting tool. else people simply forget as to what purchase is for what and where my rest of the money go.

I really like the idea of being able to track my GMAC mortgage and my Mazda auto loan finances; would surely give MINT an edge over those other sites. Personal loans is another great thing; Paying back Aunt Kathy and not wondering when my brother will finally finish paying back that money he owes me would be great too.
