Broken connection to Utah Community CU

The setup for my checking/savings at Utah Community CU is broken. Mint is asking the wrong security questions, which is keeping my account from ever working. There should only be 3 security questions, not 5, and the options for each of these security questions are the same, as shown in the attached image.

Isn't anybody watching this forum? I have received no response on this. Your site thinks it works with my credit union but it doesn't. Please fix this. By the way, the login URL is https://pb.uccu.com/UCCU/login.aspx.
