I am with Old National Bank and when I synced my accounts no past transaction info came through, only the balances. Also, it has not updated with any new purchases. PLEASE HELP

I am having the same exact issue with my checking account through Flagstar Bank. The account balance is updating properly but none of the transactions are coming through.

I cant even get to transactions at all. I get, "Mint has encountered an error". I can see spending trends though, so it obviously is getting some sort of transaction info from my bank. This has been occuring for a about a week for me.

And nothing happens if you hit the update button on the accounts' page?

Here's basically what I need...

If transactions aren't downloading to your account right now, please try to use the update option available on the accounts' page to see if it corrects the problem. If problems continue after hitting the update button, please contact us at this link https://wwws.mint.com/contact.event with the following:

a) Email address of the account.
b) The date transactions last automatically updated
c) If using the update button didn't work
d) The bank name that transactions aren't updating from
e) The URL you use to login



Please note: This problem is sometimes a temporary one & you might want to wait for a day or two before contacting us. The problem could be a temporary connectivity issue with our provider and your bank, or your provider may have made some changes to their site that affected the ability of our provider to pull transactions for a short period of time.

Still happening for me.. Im using United Heritage Credit Union. The strange thing... It'll show me some transaction info in spending trends... Like... Macys as most frequented business, and will show me the amount Ive spent there. It still wont show me transactions, it didn't do it either when I had a Bank of America account linked in. In fact, the transactions tab has never worked for me at all, so I couldn't tell you when they last automatically posted.

I have contacted the support teams you mention, and they told me they filed a bug report, and didn't really give me any other info than that? Is that the best I can realistically hope for at this point? Do you just not support transactions from my bank?
