Missing Transactions

No matter what I try, I can't get my National City checking/savings transactions to load up in Mint. What bugs me is the fact that it appears other National City users are not having any problems.

What am I doing wrong?

I am currently having the same issues. I am with Old National Bank and when it synced no past transaction info came through, only the balances. Also, it has not updated with any new purchases. PLEASE HELP

Can we get a FAQ for ways to help identify missing transaction issues? I cant seem to find any rhyme or reason why some of mine come over with others don't

Is there a way to ask the financial institution to re-send the transactions? For example, I have about 4 or 5 missing transactions from my checking account in mid-June. I can't enter them manually, so what do I do now?

I've stopped using mint because my support ticket about this issue never got answered. Now I'm back, almost a year later, and the same issue still exists.

I add my national city account information and mint is able to log in and pull balances from my savings and checking accounts. It cannot, however, pull any transactions what so ever.

I have a discover card setup and transactions from that pull in just fine. The problem seems to be limited to my National City accounts.

Does anyone else have this issue. I'm pretty sure it's not user error.

checking transactions stopped loading for me 10/20. no fix yet.
