Ameriprise Bank not working

I've tried several times to add Ameriprise Bank (formerly part of American Express)(www.ameriprise.com). When you search for American Express, Ameriprise comes up as an option to add to Mint. However, when you click on it, it freezes the Accounts page and nothing comes up to enable the input of userID and password information. Please help/fix!

Hi.

I have tried Quicken Online and Mint and think you have a much better tool. However I need to be able to get to my Ameriprise accounts to make this useful to me. I am willing to pay $20 -- to make this happen. I know this does not cover the real cost -- but just to show you that I am serious. Who should I send the check to?

Details:

(1) URL is http://www.ameriprise.com/amp/default.asp
(2) There is (a) login id (b) password and (c) you have to choose type of account (for me I am looking for banking).

Would really appreciate anything you can do about this.
