This site is an aggregator - using everyone else's technology even. There might be costs associated w/some of the development/support/servers... but not much.
As much as I love the concept of this site, it is driving me nuts to have 'offers' all over the place. You want to create offers, great... keep them on the offers tab...we get it.
Provide the option to show what charts and graphics to display... there is too much there forced on the end user.
Hope to see changes. Until then, I'll stick w/my current methods.

Unless I am mistaken...the offers are mentioned on two parts of the site? Once on the overview page & then on the "Ways to Save" page.

Yeah, there are only two places where the offers are made. They are summarized at the bottom of the Overview page and then there is a tabbed page to go see the offers in detail.
I guess I don't understand the "clutter" complaint at all. I think the entire site is pretty well organized and kept clean of clutter. I suppose you just can't keep everyone happy. :D

I don't see any clutter on mint.com
the clutter I see is on my banks website.

NO idea what PixelRogue's referring to. The interface is clean, the offers on the site is much less intrusive -- without being invisible -- than the paper offers I get in my snailbox.
Perhaps PRs a rival aggregator?

I agree with the original post that Mint.com has excessive visual clutter and that offers are only thing that makes this different. If Mint.com is simply using Yodlee's aggregation services and the only value-add is solicitations from vendors (a/k/a offers) then why would I use this instead? I am not with a competitor, believe me. I am using Yodlee's MoneyCenter, which does all that Mint.com does and more (e.g. investment accounts, mortgages, etc.). Since Mint.com is using Yodlee's technology (w/ less features), I just don't get the appeal ??? I am open to convincing !!! Just help me out, please.

To much clutter?????? No way the ads are non-intrusive and in no way effects your experience with mint.
Great Job Guys, as this is still in the beta phase I can only imagine how awesome it will be, I already like it better than the over complicated quicken and ms money sites.

I can't believe someone said this has too many ads. That's absurd.
