Over the past couple months, I have repeatedly tried to add NIH Federal Credit Union (NIH FCU) as an account. Each time, it fails. I think this is because NIH FCU requires, beyond entering the member account number and password, that a one-time email-generated passcode be entered to successfully login. This email is sent immediately after the member account number and password are submitted. The passcode in the email is then required to login.
Does this extra login security make it impossible for Mint.com to be compatible with NIH FCU banking?
Thanks in advance for your help.

What kind of account are you trying to add? We only support the credit card option for that bank right now (not savings, checking, etc.).

I was trying to add a credit card that I have with them. I also have checking and savings with them, but all three are accessed through their online banking in the same way. When I tried to add the credit card, Mint.com asked for my member number and password. I enter these, but this fails... surely because there is no way for Mint.com to enter the one-time additional (emailed) passcode...?
Am I missing something? Is there a way to add this credit card without entering my member number for NIH FCU?

Oh, the passcode issue is going to cause problems with our provider right now.

Is there any estimate as to when the issues with passcodes might be resolved or when a work-around will be in place?
Thanks again.
