Labels: Search & Total by Date

Is it possible within the "Transactions Tab" to search for transactions with a specific Label in a specific date range?

For example: I've labeled all auto related transations with the label "Transportation" and have set a $500 budget. Is it possible to search for "Transporation" and confine the results to the current month?

Actually, there's a work-around that I've been using, but it only works for full month intervals. First, you have to set the date range you're interested in, then you search for the label or category you desire. Here's how:

1. In the Overview tab, select the month you want to search by clicking on the corresponding month's bar in the Save More Than You Spend bar graph. This will bring up all your expenses and income for the given month. Under the search text box you will see how the date is limited.

2. Add your search parameters. Search for anything you like. The date range will stay set to that current month until you click the show all dates link below the search text box.

This has been working for me, although I would much prefer better advanced search options. Does anyone else have solutions for this?

Secondly I have a question for you: How did you set a budget to include things you've labeled? I see how to tie them to categories, but not labels. How did you manage that? thanks!
