I haven't seen any new transactions since I got a new card with a new number, but it is available under the same account at BOA. The update thing on Mint says it was updated successfully, but nothing to show.

If it was a recent change, then it might take a few days for it to get picked up (I had the same issue with a lost credit card).

Last transaction in Mint was Nov. 19.

Hmmm...I am wondering if you were part of the bug that I mentioned yesterday? Can you let me know if it isn't better by tomorrow?

In the middle of January I lost my credit card that I have with Bank of America. My new card came Jan. 16 and my balance from the old card transferred the same day.

Since then my balance has been updated on my credit card account everyday but new transactions have not been posted. I tried hiding/closing my BofA credit card account and adding a new card, but I still get the same message that says an account is already setup.

Even when I try to override that by setting up the account again, the reg process hangs on trying to establish a connection. I then delete the new create I create and reactive the old account and the balance returns to the current balance.

It appears that the connection with my credit card has been maintained but the new transactions are not posting. Any ideas, anyone?

And nothing changes when you hit the update option? Generally speaking, a change like that should be picked up within a few days (A change of card).

I just logged on today and I finally got about a months worth of transactions that for some reason were not appearing. I'm sure why there as a delay but thank god they are there now.

I am having the same issue. It's been three weeks since my card was reissued. Both Mint and Yodlee report some mysterious "problem" with the BofA site.

Same issue. 2+ weeks since new card was issued and have been unable to authorize with bofa. Deleted old account and tried to create new. That didn't work.

Update: Was able to create a new account with Quicken Online and sign up all of Bank of America accounts.

Quicken Online Adding Accounts Comparison: It is easier to add accounts on Quicken Online than on Mint. ING Direct needed only the answers to the security questions that were in put (versus mint needing to input all questions and answers). Bank of America credit cards and checking all added without fail.

Mint Adding Accounts: Over the past 2-3 weeks mint has been unable to login to Bank of Americ, California, credit card accounts. Have tried deleting the account and readding. Does not work. Have tried adding new. Does not work.

Based on the Quicken experience, this bug/error appears to be on the mint-side of the transaction.

This is a major issue - several people seem to be experiencing. Not being able to add Bank of America Credit Card accounts. This bank is huge, and is buying up all the other banks. Pretty soon all of my cards will be B of A. But that's another story.

What is the verdict on this issue? it just WILL NOT login. I tried changing my user id and passcode on their site, to see if Mint was "remembering" old data I had deleted. It will can not connect.

Please help!
