Multiple Problems

Check out the screenshot. Here are the things that I'm seeing:

"Number of Transactions" at the top is not correct.
Duplicate Transactions
I am not able to exclude duplicates from Mint, as recommended in previous posts. I set the category to "exclude", go somewhere else in Mint, come back, and the category has gone back to groceries.


Any ideas?

Duplicates might be an issue with our provider & we're escalating it. I would also recommend against hitting the update button.

I'll stop hitting the update button :) Another question I have however, is related to the automatic nightly updating. If I manually hit the update button, is it setup to update after 24 hours have passed, or are all accounts updated at 1AM or something?

The exclude thing seems to have worked itself out. When I was originally having the problem, I wasn't logging out and logging back in; I was staying logged in and simply navigating to a different part of mint, and coming back to see if it took. Now, however, it looks like it worked. No worries for now.
