Is anyone else having a problem with their Citibank credit card account? Mine was working fine on mint.com for a couple of months, then all of a sudden it stopped. My Citibank login password has not changed, and I can log in just fine outside of mint.com. I re-entered all of my information about 10x on mint without it working. Not sure what's going on here, but didn't get an answer from their support so I figured I'd check if anyone else is having this same issue? Thanks.

My Citibank credit cards still work fine.

Thanks, that's what I was afraid of. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Citibank changed the format of their web site? I have a different screen after I log in than I used to.. at any rate, since mint isn't answering my support email, I guess it's back to Quicken. Oh well

If the site recently made changes, it might take a few days for our provider to catch up with the changes on the citi site.

I have been unable to add my Citi card.

I accidently locked myself out of my account for 24 hours because of this!

I have been trying to add my Citibank Credit Card to no avail. I have used both Citibank (Credit card only) link and the citicards.com link. I am able to log on to my account via Citibank. Any ideas on what I can do?

Same problem as the poster -- my citicards had been working fine, and I can still log in to the citi site (https://www.citicards.com/cards/wv/home.do) no problem.

But Mint can't access.

Please help.

10.15.08 Citibank is currently making changes to their site which is impacting some users ability to update their Citibank Credit Card accounts in Mint.

We expect the issue to be resolved by this weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is Mint connecting to Citicards.com? When I try to add my Citibank Credit Card account, Mint only refers to Citibank.com.

It has now been 3 weeks since Citi Cards has updated for me. Quicken online is able to download my transactions just fine. I wish Mint or its provider would get their act together and fix this!

Hi rbar,

This issue appears resolved as of around 9am PDT October 20. Are you still experiencing problems updating your Citibank Credit Card account?

Stephen,

Yes, I am still receiving the "We're having issues right now" error message when trying to update my citi cards account. It has been 3 weeks since I updated successfully.

I have the same exact problem

I am still having the same problems, just like rbar and kenlevin00. When I try to add back my citicards account (www.citicards.com), it gives me the "wrong username/password" error. However, when I go to the www.citicards.com website, login with the same information, it works fine. So obviously, the "fix" hasn't been successful. I would really appreciate it if this was resolved soon.

Still broken. No update to the account in Mint since around 10/1. Really wish this would become a priority...

Would anyone kill me if I said I have no problem with my citicard account?

Perhaps viewing the differences between my account and a non-working account will help diagnose the problem?

My citicards account has two cards attached to it:

Citi Dividend World Mastercard and a Drivers Edge Mastercard.

The last time I had a successful update was September 30th.

My conspiracy theory is that it's intentional on Mint's part, and they're trying to drive you to switching credit cards that they advertise that would conceivably update properly. In a sense they're incentivized by initiating tactics that may lead to a switch like frustrating consumers with non-updates on their cards. Of course in my case the switch I'd be making is switching away from Mint back to Yodlee Personal Finance who doesn't seem to have this problem and replies to you in a timely manner. Mint is pretty to look at but worthless in terms of utility for me at this point.

PS I don't actually believe my conspiracy theory.

Today is my first day as a user of mint.com and I cannot connect to my CitiBank account (which is key for me). However, I am able to update my CitiCards without incident. After browsing around, it appears there have been a real lack of response from mint regarding this issue.

I haven't been able to login to my citibank checking/savings accounts for at least 14 straight days. Whats up with this?

Thank you for sharing useful information.Citi has one of the best customer services. If you have good credit, they reward you with very low interest rates. Their thank you rewards program is also very good which lets u earn up to 5 points for every dollar you spend. Points can be easily redeemed on their website for almost everything. So I highly recommend it.

Hello!

I just enrolled in mint,com

I have 2 credit cards with citibank: a platinum select and a Dividend credit card. The dividend credit card shows up, but not the Platinum select. I tried various ways to add the account, using different branched of citibank available in Mint.com. I even tried using the business platinum card option and my dividen card showed up again!!!

I've tried using quicken for mac and I have the same problem regarding the software being able to consistantly read transaction and account information.

I was hoping to use mint, but it looks like I'll have to use the windows version of quicken becuase people seem to be able to use that trouble free.

any word from mint.com regarding better compatability?

I just signed up with Mint.com. One of my credit cards, a Citi Mastercard, shows a zero balance and a truncated name, I've tried re-adding it a few times but it always comes up the same. The same card works fine with Quicken Online.
