TCF Bank not working

Hi, this looks like the place where I report that I can't login to TCF Bank http://www.tcfbank.com, even with my challenge/response questions set properly.

I'm having this issue as well. I'm surprised that only 2 people are. There has to be more.

If you're having this issue please speak up so it can get resolved. I enjoyed using Mint.....but not so much anymore but it's not really helping.

I've had the same problem a few times, but it seems to work now. Is it fixed?

I just filed a bug for TCF for another case. If there are other cases, please contact us with:

account email address
when it stopped working
if using the update option works at all
any error messages
if you've been able to add & it stopped working
Bank Name/Login URL

I am getting some conflicting messages right now from customers.

Does TCF require image verification? If so, this is going to cause problems with our provider.

TCF requires image verification. Mint will not update or upload transactions. I can't find a way to manually disable image verification on TCF. Mint looks pretty cool, and TCF is a pretty big bank; so a quick resolution would be appreciated by TCF users like myself, and rewarding for you folks at Mint!

As mentioned before, TCF does require image verification, but I was able to download my TCF account info initially when I set up my mint account yesterday, but can't connect today! Any thoughts?

Yep, TCF bank is still not working for checking or savings accounts. Unfortunately, that is where a lot of my transactions are.

No updates from Mint?

I'm eager to try out Mint but I'm waiting for a fix for TCF. Can we get a general update? TCF uses image verification and additional security questions when attempting to access an account from a unknown computer, could this be causing the issues?

General question: when I tried to search all post for TCF I got 0 results. What am I missing. I found this thread by googling "TCF Mint.com".
