Alpine Bank Log In Trouble

Only signed up today and had difficulties login onto my Alpine Bank (in Colorado) account. Has any body had similar problems? I did notice that I was asked for a LOG IN and a PIN, which is not consistent with the ALPINE ONLINE ID and ALPINE ONLINE PASSWORD. Does this matter.

My other two CC accounts worked like a charm. Well done Mint team and keep up the good work.

Hmmm...does your bank require anything when you login from a different computer? This might be an incorrect form issue.

My bank requires one more step to log in. Another ID and password for cash management. Is this the reason for the problem and is enyone else experiencing the same problems? If anyone has any ideas, I would be greatfull.
