View Full Version : Issues with duplicate transactions

I'm having a problem on the transactions page that I need some help with.
Two days ago, a bunch of transactions came through and I went through and properly categorized them.
Today, the same transactions are now marked as "no category." Additionally, there are now duplicates for some of these transactions.
Any idea why this is happening?

And the frustration continues...
When I drag the bar at the bottom of the spending trends to reflect my spending for November 1-current, it's including mortgage payments from multiple months on the pie chart.
Also, when I click on the pie chart and click on one of the slices to make sure things are being categorized properly, it navagates me to the transaction page and to get back to the pie chart I have to click spending trends, move the bar at the bottom to reflect date range, and repeat the process over and over and over again to make sure things are updating properly on the spending trends page(because they seem to change without me doing anything), which is insanely time consuming.
Is there any way to delete some of the multiple transactions that are showing up?
Anyone...?

Hi CaliGirl,
Can you send the following to me via PM?
1. email address of your account
2. the date of the transaction(s) & what is being duplicated.
3. Screenshots (if possible)
4. Bank name.
Note: In some cases, customers are getting duplicates if they hit the update button. It would be nice to know if you did that.
