having same problem here... super frustrating as I can't use the Mint service if I can't add my Bank Account.
I have entered the same login information, and all 5 security questions in order, as on my bank site, and still get errors and does not add the account.
Why is this so hard? What is keeping it from working?

We're having some issues with Commerce right now & we're keeping track of the issue & trying to figure out what the problem is (this is actually what I spent most of the day on). If you've contacted us via our CRM tool, we will most certainly get back to you if it changes (I just reached out to a bunch of Citi folks today re: citicards.com).

Just wanted to second the fact that I'm having trouble logging in to Commerce Accounts. One day they worked, the next they didn't - although, I'm not sure which day that was - probably around 2 weeks ago.

Please, why not put up some disclaimer if something doesn't work. I spent 20-30 minutes messing around with the account until I went to the forums. And why must I register with yet another username and password for the Mint forums?

The forums don't have the same username/password for security reasons.
Commerce Online: Are you choosing the right option? My guess is that some folks confuse the multiple Commerce Banks on the site (there's Commerce Bank, Commerce Online, etc.). You would also need to answer any of the appropriate security questions.

I am trying to log-in to Commerce Bank Midwest. I have a checking account in Kansas, not a credit card, so I believe I am using the correct account.
I replied to this thread as earlier you posted saying Mint.Com was having problems connecting to Commerce Bank. Have these problems been resolved?
Bryan
My account is a business checking account. Is this handled differently (it appears to be on the CommerceOnline.com web site)?
I was all fine and getting my commerce updates and now it has kicked me out as well. And yes I am using the correct Commerce bank. Sigh that was the main account I wanted to watch. Does anyone know when this glitch will be fixed? Thanks

"I was all fine and getting my commerce updates and now it has kicked me out as well."
I assume you're getting asked to re-enter your credentials? If so, engineering is working on the problem & I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Are you ever going to fix Commerce bank? This software is basically useless for a lot of people unable to add a bank account.

Commerce Bank isn't broken. A lot of the cases I've looked at are customers accessing via the wrong Commerce options and/or haven't been answering the secret questions.
Commerce Bank (Midwest) · commercebank.com (http://www.commercebank.com/)
Missouri, Kansas, Illinois & Oklahoma
Commerce Online · commerceonline.com (http://www.commerceonline.com/) (some people confuse this with Commerce BANK & is a banking company located on the East Coast).
Which one is yours?
I use www.CommerceOnline.com and have commerceonline selected for the account. I answer the security questions and it always timesout.
For the record, I'm not confusing Commerce Bank for Commerce Online.

I have an account in Missouri, a checking account. I use the online banking at Commerce BANK.com not commerce online, so I know the difference. When I try to log in here on Mint, I use Commerce Bank (Midwest). I type in the user name, password, and answer the security questions. Then it says wrong username/password EVERY TIME! I login to Commerce Bank daily also, so I know for a fact it is not a wrong username/password. It is Mint. It is not linking up with Commerce Bank, and therefore in my mind, it is broken and needs to be fixed.

I am having the same problem as the above poster with Commercebank.com. Has the issue been resolved? I am trying to sign in to the correct website (commerce bank midwest - my acct is in kansas), but I get an error that says wrong username/password, even though i answer all three security questions correctly, and i use the exact same username and password to login to commercebank.com, which i do regularly. I love Mint, but there's not much I can do without access to my bank account. Thank you for your time and support.

For Commerce Bank on the East Coast, the correct login (at least for me) is commerceonlinebanking.com. Can this please be added?
Thanks!

I am having the SAME problem. Somebody please respond as to the status of this bug. Is anybody working on it? Should I delete my account and try to re-add it?

I keep contacting Mint Support and they keep telling me that I am entering the wrong URL...the URL Commerce Band division of TD BankNorth is: https://www.commerceonlinebanking.com/
NOT.....NOT.....NOT http://www.commerceonlinebanking.com/
This is a secured site....why can't I enter the URL manually?

I've had Commerce Online setup through Mint for quite some time and until recently it was working just fine. About a month or two ago Mint was unable to pull my account information any longer and asked me to re-enter my username/password and security questions. I went through that again, no big deal. It then went to log into my account which it did successfully, but sits there indefinitely on "Downloading transactions" and eventually times out at some point. It is becoming increasingly frustrating as its my main account that I do the majority of my spending with so my account on Mint is missing most of my spending trends and habits.

Its been another two weeks and I'm still having problems with my Commerce Online account. Is this being actively looked into at all or has it been looked over with the new Investment features having recently been added?

It's been almost a year since the first post in this thread and I'm now experiencing the same problem. My account at www.commercepc.com (another in the Commerce family) worked for a solid week. And I can say it was a week of bliss... Mint is a much friendlier budget tool than any I have used. Then... nada. It's now been almost three weeks and still nothing. Customer support has been no help, I've received one email telling me to log into my bank again and nothing since that was unsuccessful. I would really like to continue with Mint but without access to my banking account I may end up having to go with Rudder (which accepted my account first time, no problem).

Hi Minters,
We seem to be experiencing intermittent problems with Commerce Bank. This has been escalated and is being addressed. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Admin,
I am also having trouble adding my commerce account. Any suggestions?

I have been using my "Commerce Bank (PA)" account which points to URL "www.commercepc.com" for some time now. It has been working beautifully.
However, since January 21st, it tells me that it can't pull my transactions and suggests that I may have the wrong username or password entered.
I have re-entered my credentials with not success. I even went to the online banking site, changed my credentials, changed all my security questions, and re-entered all that new configuration into Mint.com with no success.
My next step is going to be to try to remove the account and re-add it from scratch, but I hesitate to do that because I will then loose all of the existing transactions and data I have on that account.
During all of this time, my wife's account at the same bank was still able to be accessed. However, this morning that is failing as well. However, the error message is different. Her account error message makes no mention about password issues, but it says "We could not find your account".
Please let me know if these issues can be address soon. I have entered a support request, and await a response.
