Please do the following to create a budget on your overview page:
1. Login to your Mint account.
2. Locate the “Add Budget” link available on the overview page.
Note: Mint automatically creates five pre-defined discretionary spending budgets on the overview page.
3. Choose a category in the dropdown box.
4. Set a budget amount.
5. Press save.
