I'm having trouble (like a lot of people) logging into my Hancock Federal Credit Union account.

Not sure if it has anything to do with the site going over to cyberbranch.com when going to log in (on the actual HFCU site).

Here are some screens:

I'm quite curious about that first image. I don't see the point of those drop down boxes. If it actually allowed me to put answers for the questions I'd get some where possibly because on HFCU's actual site you have to answer your security question on every login.

Well it appears that you have fixed the input boxes for security questions. A new problem arises though! I don't have a default question for Hancock Federal Credit Union. I have a custom. Problem is, once you make a custom one you can't ever select one of the old ones. I could however make my custom question one of the questions listed in the drop-down boxes Mint provides. The problem with that is, the custom security question box for my bank has a character limit that won't even allow me to type in the shortest question mint lists:

What is your father's middle name?

So, what would you suggest I do?

(Hope I worded that properly. I'm quite tired)

Heh, I'll try one more time.

I have a custom security question on Hancock Federal Credit Union. Mint doesn't have inputs for custom security questions.

If you're going to tell me to make the custom question a question that "you" guys list for that bank on mint, it won't work. Even the shortest question listed on mint "What is your father's middle name?", doesn't fit.

The character limit is too short on HFCU.

Will have to mention this as an incorrect form issue, unfortunately. I do have to advise that these issues can take some time & I will post an update if I am aware of any change for any bank.

I just have a few more questions

While on Mint, when adding HFCU, are those security questions in the drop-down box actually being pulled from HFCU's website?

And, have you guys set up any other banks with Mint that allow for a custom question/answer security question setup?

I'm still waiting for the day I can use Mint. It's only been like three months so far! :(

Also, here is a screen shot of the problem I'm referring to. Not saying that you don't understand w/o an image, but it might help?

Note: I cannot make my custom question on HFCU one of the questions you guys display in the drop down boxes because the character limit on HFCU is too short for even the shortest question offered in the drop down boxes.

I know you're all probably busy, but..

Can I get a reply here? Just to let me know hope is in store for me, sometime, not too far away.

Heh.

I almost forgot to look at this one entirely. What kind of account are you trying to add for that bank? We currently only support the credit card option (not checking/savings). The banking product would show as an option if we did.

Oh, well I'm trying to add a checking account, but ideally, I wouldn't mind adding a savings as well.

Is Hancock Federal Credit Union a tricky one? To add checking support, that is..

Any luck? (Yeah, I'm becoming annoying now, I know, heh.)

...just checking in again.

Guess I'll do this from time to time, month to month.

I'd really love to use Mint! Heh.
