I signed up for mint tonight, and I added my bank .. but I keep getting this error message:
Northwest Georgia Bank
www.northwestgabank.com
Extra Authentication Required
Northwest Georgia Bank requires a few extra steps before you can add your account to Mint.
Unless I've missed something, there is no where to add the answers to these questions.
I have tried IE7 and Firefox
Thanks for anyone's help.

This is a bug (text area missing for security questions) that will be resolved by the 23rd of this month.

Was this accomplished? I continue to see the message with no area for entry for my bank. It has been reported a couple times via the usual service report form.

I think the other issue was a different problem (no place to type in answers something that should have been resolved).
If the form, however, is missing fields that are required by your bank (logging in from a different computer), then this is a different issue that we roll up to engineering & our provider.

I see. The error shown in the accounts page is the same. Also, when this error occurs for me (as a direct user) it asks is 2 extra security questions, then allows me access, so it seems to me to be an identical error.

I'm still waiting for this fix as well... there's still no place to enter the answer to my security question.

This post actually refers to an entirely separate issue.
You would need to contact us with:
a) account email address
b) Bank Name
c) Bank URL
Mention "incorrect form". An incorrect form is when our site doesn't match what your bank requires. We will attempt to resolve these with our provider.
