PNC Bank transactions not showing

While I do have a Chase Credit Card account added in my Mint profile (and I did read the bug thread about Chase accounts) this problem refers to my PNC checking account. There are several transactions that aren't showing up in my Transactions list.

For instance, I have a student loan payment that I paid with my Online Bill Pay through PNC on 9/21, but it doesn't show anywhere on Mint, and the transactions for PNC go all the way to 9/24, then 9/19, then 9/06 (??) which is missing alot of data. I've got about 90 days worth of transactions in my Online Banking though, and other items I've paid with Online Bill Pay do show up.

I've clicked Update and it updates properly, but alot of information is missing. Anyone else seen this problem with their checking accounts in Mint?

When did you add the PNC account? Generally speaking, we only go back about 30 days (varies by bank) from the date the account was added to our site.

I added it on 10/18 to Mint. On Mint, the earliest PNC transaction is 9/06, and then it skips to 9/19, then 9/24, and the Online Bill Pay transaction for my student loan isn't in there. There are a couple other Online Bill Pay items that aren't showing, but the rest of them Bill Pay items are in there. It's just confusing for me why some transactions aren't showing, when they're in the same time period as other transactions on Mint.
