Category is Stuck!

I have found the category to be stuck on a couple of items! I highlight the line, go up and hit 'categorize' and nothing happens! Is there a way to unstick it or am I 'stuck' with that category?

I am aware of two category bugs right now (Garden and Outdoors & Laundry and Dry Cleaning).

I find another transaction of the type I want to categorize the stuck one to, click the checkbox for both of them, then pick the category I want. It lets me change the stuck one if I group it with another unstuck one.
