BoA ATM transactions categorized as Fees

I am consistently having transactions like the following labeled as Bank Charges & Fees:

Bkofamerica Atm Withdrwl
BKOFAMERICA ATM 10/06 #000007419 WITHDRWL WARREN TOWERS BOSTON

Even after creating rules for these transactions, it's still happening. The should be labeled as "Cash/ATM".

Thanks for the info. I've been rolling these issues up & hope we have it resolved soon.
