Adding my Charter One small business account doesn't seem to work. I get an error message. They have recently changed their login system. Perhaps it needs to be updated in your system?

I get the same problem. I think that it is directing us to the wrong website. it should go to https://www.charteroneonline.com/ but I think it sends us to http://www.charterone.com/home/default.asp which doesn't exist!!!!

I will most certainly post an update if I know Charter One is working properly. I will also notify customers that contacted us via our CRM tool.

This particular issue appears to be a form issue. No update just yet...

I would love to use your site, but it's pretty useless if I can't include my main financial institution. Bummer.

I guess it hasn't been updated recently as I'm having the same trouble right now. This is a huge bummer! I was really looking forward to using your service.

Charter One might be due to the fact that they actually have a two-page process for signing in (username, then password).

Is this still being looked into for CharterOne/Citizens Financial? I have been trying out several sites like this one since I found out about them and this is the only site that can't connect to my main bank account.
Unfortunately for me, this site looks to be the most promising but is of no use until I can get my information loaded. I was more concerned about ING not working with their complicated login but it works fine. Please let us know it is still being investigated or something can be done with manual uploads of information soon, thanks :)

No update for Citizens or Charter One, unfortunately. My understanding is that the security login requirements can't be handled right now...

Kaygin2000, what sites do you know of that can handle citizens? I have yet to find one.

I have tried wesabe.com (actually I think this one had manual uploads), geezeo.com and quicken online all seemed to connect fine, they all just have little things that I didn't care for so was hoping I could test out mint more with my main spending account.

Looks like Charter One has been completely removed from the system. Are you guys giving up on this or are you planning on supporting it in the future?

Its been a long time since this has been addressed... I see that there are Charter One services being slowly added, but what about general banking?
Login for Loan is the same as for Banking, so what's the problem and do we have an ETA on Charter One Banking?

Any update on this? This is the only thing preventing me from using Mint - my main bank is Charter One.

I am trying to use Mint, but (just like all of the others posting over the past year) Charter One has my checking/savings and loan accts. Is there any update?

I can't add Charter One Bank but I have also submitted the request to add it. I really like Mint so I'd hate to send people elsewhere, but to answer the question above, Quicken Online is free and I had no problems adding my Charter One account.

Its weird because Charter One works with QuickBooks Online because i used to use it but i dont like their UI and it isnt free =(
So its not Charter Ones problem
Hopefully they add support for charter one soon =)

So there's an account type there for CharterOne Banking, and the authentication panel has the right questions, (minus the animal pic recognition,) but every time I try to add the account, it spins on auth for awhile and tells me to try again later...
I tried a dozen times over the course of a few days before finding this thread... If it doesn't work, at least say it doesn't work -- not, "try again later."
I hope this is near the top of the mint to-do list, (CharterOne has a few customers, no?) though by the looks of how old this thread is...

Okay so here's the deal.
Get your security info from the normal charteroneonline.com customer service area after you log in.
enter it all into the charter one - bank link through mint
make sure you pick the correct 3 questions with correct 3 answers.
After that, it works. Voila.

Finally worked after doing nothing for a few days. I had stopped re-entering my details for that account, it just worked this time I logged into Mint.
I had verified my security questions from the very start, but that's a good suggestion.

Bumping this thread, hoping to get an answer from someone at Mint. Any luck with Charter One (or Citizens?) Really really loving the site but like so many have stated, it's essentially useless if I can't connect my major bank accounts--all the other data is too skewed without income and general spending included...
This has been an issue for years, it appears...I'm thinking that perhaps on either the side of Mint or Charter One it has ceased to be a priority, which is a shame. From the looks of the forums an awful lot of potential users are lost because of this.
Any updates would be appreciated.

I agree. I am sure there are hundreds, probably thousands CharterOne Bank customers that are trying to use Mint.com with no success. I am sure the advertisers would not be took happy if they realized all those potential customers were lost.

It's been over a month since my Charter One account has worked. I cannot use this site without this account. How can we get this issue a higher priority with the Mint team? I've emailed them and they've said that they are working on it - but that was over a month ago.
