Midfirst not working

Midfirst Bank (midfirst.com) isn't working. I get an invalid password error, even though I know my password is valid.

I emailed mint a few weeks ago and they won't even reply and tell me what the deal is.. what the hell man?! :eek::mad:

I got an email saying that the security questions they ask you need to match the ones that midfirst asks you when you try to login, so i cleared all my private data with firefox to see what questions they ask to register a new computer and then matched those questions with the ones from mint and whammo.. it pulled up my checking and savings, now i'm working on getting my loans that are on the same page to come through. mint isn't asking for the security questions again, but that could be cause its still going to midfirst.com for the login and already knows the security question answers.. it all might be by chance, mint asks 4 questions, midfirst asks 2.. it could come down to which ones come up on midfirst and what order.. who knows tho.

Since the order of my Midfirst security questions didn't exactly match those at Midfirst, I called MF's online banking support at 1-888-643-3477 & had them reset my security questions.

I logged back in at Midfirst & setup 4 security questions (instead of 2 as before) using the exact order of questions that were asked at Mint when setting up the account. This fixed it!

I don't know if this matters, but I also cleared all my private data in Firefox before I went back to login at Midfirst.
