Mint only has data for my WaMu accounts going back to Aug 1 (it'd be nice if it could grab earlier data, since such is available through WaMu's own online banking site)... in that time the only ATM withdrawals I've made have been through WaMu's own ATMs.
On paper statements from WaMu, ATM transactions start with "ATM-NCHG", followed by a short alphanumeric code that looks specific to each ATM location, and then the street address.
In Mint, these show up as a truncated part of the ATM's street address (with the full transaction name shown on mouseover being the full street address)... so they don't get automatically categorized as Cash & ATM.
