"Could not connect
Mint cannot connect to your account right now:
* Arizona State Savings Credit Union may be down for maintenance
* The connection may be too slow
Problems like these are usually resolved in 24 hours."
24 Hours is up and still unable to connect.

I just got joined up on the site and couldn't connect to AZSTCU, either; however, I noticed that when you go to the bank's site normally, it redirects you to a secure page. It's the same address, but httpS instead. I think this is why it is not connecting. I've sent an email off to Mint to get this URL changed on their end. I know that this is 6 months later, but I thought I'd answer just in case.

The url is generally not the issue (other things work behind the scenes). Are you also answering the security questions forArizona State Savings Credit Union? Some tips are below....
Adding Account Tips:
If you are being confronted with a security box asking you for questions and answers when adding a bank or credit card, below are some tips that might help you answer them.
1. Answer as many questions as you put on file when you registered with your bank.
2. The number of questions you need to answer may be less than the number of form fields displayed on the page.
3. If you've forgotten the questions you were asked when you created the account, you can try going to your bank's actual website to retrieve the answers (some banks offer this).
4. If no to #3 above, perhaps you can try calling your institution to get the answers to the questions presented.
Additional Notes:
Security Questions may be case-sensitive.
Entering the security questions in the same order as the drop down box provided may be beneficial.

Awesome! ID-10-T error on my part... I thought the "other questions" were just for this site, not specifically for the bank I was logging into. It's working now and I'm happy! Thanks, Damon!

I'm From Louisiana And "mint" Is Unable To Download My Information On My Checking Account. The Web Site Is Correct And I Have No Problems With Going To My Web Site And Viewing My Account Information. I Have E-mail Mint And Hope That They Can Help. Any Input On This Matter Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
Thanks!!!

I would need to know the name of the bank in question.
